Hey guys! One of the newest burger hangouts near De La Salle University Dasmarinas, calling all burger beasts! - Brocks Burger.
Actually we don't know how to get to the place, all we know is that its just near gate 4 of DLSU-D. We had our walk from 7'11 up to alley behind photocopy center to make sure we wouldn't missed any food shop. We're kinda lost. They are lots of establishments in front of the University and most people (not students) we asked were clueless about the Brocks. Yeah I know I said all we knew was it was near gate 4, silly us, haha. Thanks to one kuya who told us the right way.
We finally got there around 12:00NN and one roll-up door was still halfway open. Brocks usually opens at 12NN - 9PM according to their facebook page and I guess we went there at the right time. No falling in line, no buzzing chatters, perfect ventillation.
After taking our seats from kinda long walk, we then decided to have our orders. They don't have menu cards but have it displayed at the top of their food counters instead named after famous OPM bands with corresponding ingredients each. We waited a little bit long for our name to be called. Tables were like arranged for groups of people. Simple and not intended for people to stay long and relax. Just eat and move out, like any other fast food chains strat. Still you can eat comfortably.

Also band artists' photos named after their burgers were on their wall, I guess piano-keys-inspired wall and some funny wordings as their interiors. Aside from being unique, I think burgers are named after on how the owner feels or how he describes about the band. Its obvious how he/she love local Pinoy bands from burgers, designs, tables as well as their music played as background.
BURGERS
Actually we asked for their specialty and they said it's "slapshock". It's like huge tower burger and I guess we can't eat that much and also to try to different variants, we opted to choose other burgers from the menu.
Eheads - P125
Yano - P110
It seemed like Eheads and Yano were perfect for our lunch. I love how it was presented, the colors and how it was arranged made it look yummy. Beef patties are stove top cook, no smokey taste, not grilled overcook, not salty yet juicy which is served with cheese-flavored fries (like the ones you buy at the malls in packs) and iced tea drink. Eheads beef patty comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheese, pickles, garlic, mayo, mustard and ketchup and Yano beefy patty was also the same as Eheads without the bacon.
HOW TO GET THERE
To avoid like what happened to us, you can try these. Take any ride (Area C/F if you are coming from bayan/waltermart or Bayan/Kadiwa if you are coming from Area) to DLSU - main, near gate 4 at brgy. sta. Fe welcome arc in front of Angel's burger. Walk straight ahead then turn at the 2nd street on your left. You will reach this burger house at the leftmost, in front of a red sari-sari store, a street after passing by a covered court seen on the right side. For me its much easier way.
Yes you can park in front of their burger house but only for your motorcycles. Alley is quite narrow for a car, but if you're well trained to enter this kind of circumstances without falling to the canals then go! However you would consume a lot of space for the passersby. Maybe you can park it before you enter the 2nd "eskinita" but not sure if it's safe. Better not to bring one instead.
